LOUD! is an artistic project that engages a group of people in exploring the voice, understood not only as singing but also as bodily practice, political action, and speaking in public space. The workshop is open to people of all vocal abilities: the voice is not regarded as a talent but as a right and shared practice. Drawing on feminist perspectives and gender-sensitive urbanism, the work creates temporary choirs made up of women and queer people.
By walking, pausing, singing, and listening in urban spaces, participants will collectively develop a series of vocal interventions that connect bodies, architecture, and the soundscape.
